For 5th-7th grades
The first unit of five lessons, called "The Strongest Man in the World," looks at the story of Samson. Why would God choose to use such a flawed character like him? Because our salvation doesn’t depend upon anyone or anything except God himself and the Savior he sent. Mercy, faithfulness, wise and foolish friendships, pride, and humility are some of the topics discussed.
The second unit of five lessons, called "Parables of the Kingdom," explores what the kingdom of God is, how it is different from earthly kingdoms, and why Jesus considered it such a treasure. Who is invited, who can enter, what kind of shelter it provides, how it affects our lives, and how we can exalt and honor our King are some of the topics discussed.
